Job Title: Client Success Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to lead our client solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships effectively, ensuring all client needs are met. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, consultants, and developers, to meet project objectives.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for driving innovation in analytics solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients. You will develop and implement a strategic vision for the client solutions team, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for enhancing client satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Client Relationships: Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring all client needs are met.
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Vision: Develop and implement a strategic vision for the client solutions team, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
  • Enhance Client Satisfaction: Enhance client satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

This role requires a proven track record in a leadership role within a digital analytics, consulting firm or digital agency. You should have a strong background in digital technology stacks and a keen awareness of digital industry trends and emerging technologies. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
