Client Partner Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Client Partner Lead to join our team at Kyndryl Foundation. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will be responsible for building and maintaining deep relationships with client CXOs and driving strategic change agendas within our largest accounts.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead high-value client interactions and consulting initiatives, delivering high-quality outputs and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue business development opportunities.
- Ensure sustained growth and profitability by managing margin expectations and backlog growth.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Over 10 years of professional experience with extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
- Demonstrable ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives.
- Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting, corporate, or public sector environment.
- Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins.
