Job Summary

This Senior Client Growth Manager will be responsible for leading senior-level client partnerships across multiple brands and agencies, developing and executing revenue growth strategies, and providing oversight of account portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead senior-level client partnerships across multiple brands and agencies to provide strategic guidance and best-in-class service.
  • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies through cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on deep understanding of client business needs.
  • Provide oversight of account portfolios, participating in key client meetings and maintaining relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers.
  • Cultivate close working relationships with internal teams, including Business Development, to drive account growth.
  • Demonstrate the value of The Trade Desk to clients by providing innovative solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team of Account Managers and Traders to achieve consistent year-over-year account growth.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for growth and drive efficiency across the organization.

About You

  • 10-12 years of experience in digital and programmatic advertising, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of establishing long-term consultative client relationships and driving revenue growth with large customer accounts.
  • Strong management skills, with experience building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, executive teams, and industry groups.
  • Ambition to develop personally and nurture the development of others.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to diffuse difficult situations and resolve conflict.
