Job Overview

  • The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to effectively convey technical information.
  • They will also have proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish trust through proactive engagement and excellence in customer service.
  • Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities for upselling.
  • Resolve customer enquiries or issues promptly and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Identify and implement new strategies for increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
