Job Overview- This role will be responsible for building strong relationships with decision makers and fleet managers to maximize customer value.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required.
- The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to effectively convey technical information.
- They will also have proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools is an added advantage.
- Establish trust through proactive engagement and excellence in customer service.
- Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities for upselling.
- Resolve customer enquiries or issues promptly and ensure proper follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives.
- Identify and implement new strategies for increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
