Job Summary

The Technical Sales Manager for Enterprise Networks will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue in the assigned territory. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team and contribute to the success of Corning Optical Communications (COC).

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by characterizing customer business goals, objectives, and problems effectively.
  • Structure value propositions utilizing innovations and differentiated solutions to ensure a balanced mix of engagements with end users, contractors, distributors, and consultants.
  • Manage NPI contractor program in the territory and coordinate joint sales calls with distributor representatives to maximize sales penetration.
  • Train channel partners to effectively sell Corning Optical Communications' products and provide timely documentation of engagements and maintain a project pipeline in Salesforce.com.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 8 years of sales management experience in the assigned territory.
  • A proven track record in sales, preferably within the same industry.
  • Solution and/or consultative selling are highly desired.
  • A strong understanding of fiber optic products and solutions for data center and local area networking applications desired.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian structured cabling market is highly desired, including current market conditions and opportunities and upcoming trends.
  • Competence to target and prioritize key customers, proven success in time/territory management.
