Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Solutions Specialist to lead our efforts in driving business growth through innovative product solutions. This role involves defining product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning business and technical stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the product roadmap through close alignment with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business, sales, engineering, design, and data teams to understand goals, identify opportunities, and translate them into scalable product solutions.
- Lead cross-stream collaboration to deliver high-impact features, ensuring alignment across shared teams and managing dependencies effectively.
- Act as the merchant's advocate by deeply understanding their needs and crafting configurable, user-centric solutions that address their pain points.
- Balance merchant needs with business growth objectives by crafting solutions that enhance merchant participation while driving measurable impact on GoFood's growth, ensuring both customer satisfaction and business success.
- Own the entire product lifecycle, including gathering requirements, writing specs, creating wireframes, and validating solutions through early feedback and testing.
- Use data-driven insights to monitor feature adoption, measure success, and continuously improve product offerings to maximize merchant engagement.
- Develop and communicate a clear go-to-market strategy for product launches, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and driving adoption.
