**About the Job:**

Hiring Resource Solutions is searching for a skilled Sales and Business Development Specialist to enhance our sales efforts and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  2. Foster strong relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue.
  3. Maintain accurate records of trade account receivables to ensure timely payments.
  4. Provide market insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  5. Coordinate local scientific conferences and trade exhibitions with regional and global support.
  6. Support pre/after sales presentations, training, and marketing initiatives as needed.
  7. Stay informed about company products and communicate this knowledge to customers.
  8. Assist the Area Manager of S.E. Asia with sales forecasting and analysis.
  9. Submit regular sales and business activity reports and travel/training plans to the Country Manager.
  10. Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned.
