Sales and Business Development Specialist

**About the Job:**
Hiring Resource Solutions is searching for a skilled Sales and Business Development Specialist to enhance our sales efforts and drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of trade account receivables to ensure timely payments.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Coordinate local scientific conferences and trade exhibitions with regional and global support.
- Support pre/after sales presentations, training, and marketing initiatives as needed.
- Stay informed about company products and communicate this knowledge to customers.
- Assist the Area Manager of S.E. Asia with sales forecasting and analysis.
- Submit regular sales and business activity reports and travel/training plans to the Country Manager.
- Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned.
