About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Oil and Gas Sales Specialist to join our team at Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the oil and gas industry and be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through in-depth knowledge of customer organizations, increasing account dedication, timely communication, and follow-up.
  • Provide periodic reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling engineering products to general industries (Oil and Gas).
  • S1 degree, preferably with an Engineering background.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Pleasant personality and extensive networking abilities.
  • Transportation, medical, and communication allowances will be provided.
  • Excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Professional presentation skills.
  • Self-starter who manages time and activities with minimal day-to-day guidance or interaction from management.
