AVP-Business Development

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AVP-Business Development professional to join our team at Indosat. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Industrial Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of technology trends to provide expert advice to clients and drive business outcomes.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their pain points and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Business Initiatives: Identify and pursue new business initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Proposal Development: Develop and present compelling proposals to clients that showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with pre-sales experts to develop sales strategies and tactics that drive business results.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients to secure business wins and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Certifications in project management and business analysis are preferred.
  • Industry Experience: 8+ years of experience in a related industry, such as solution services or consulting.

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
