Role SummaryThis role involves driving sales growth through effective planning, execution, and analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine interest in Sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesMain Tasks:
- Achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Conducting market research, creating sales strategies, and analyzing sales data to drive business growth.
- Developing action plans to increase sales and expand the client base.
- Fostering strong relationships with business owners to initiate the sales process.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Regularly evaluating performance, providing coaching, and guiding sales team members.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Relationship Manager or Sales Manager; finance, banking, or insurance industry experience is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) or higher.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for Sales.
- Proficiency in conducting presentations and negotiations.
- Strong analytical thinking, agility, and ability to capitalize on opportunities.
- Leadership skills to drive related teams towards sales targets.
- Pleasant personality, honesty, sociability, critical thinking, confidence, maturity, high self-drive, service orientation, and swift response actions.
