This role requires a highly motivated individual who can drive business growth and improve sales performance in Modern Trade channels. Key responsibilities include:

Main Tasks:

  • Develop and execute plans to enhance sales performance in Modern Trade channels.
  • Lead potential products in respective areas, analyzing and monitoring inventory data.
  • Collaborate with Accounts Managers to ensure alignment with budgeted targets.
  • Plan, monitor, and implement NKA and LKA initiatives and trading term strategies.

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in sales, trade channel management, distribution, and/or field trade marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, with ability to analyze data and negotiate with third-party distributors.
