Role Description

This role is focused on growing revenue through agency partnerships in Indonesia. You will work closely with the GBS team to drive revenue targets and collaborate with senior C-levels to inspire and drive adoption of our advertising solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and onboard new enterprise-level agency partners to strengthen our coverage in Indonesia.
  • Lead, motivate & provide strategic guidance to a team of dynamic sales managers and individuals; encouraging them to deliver on their respective targets.
  • Collaborate internally with market account teams & regional cross-functional teams to drive demand and build a cohesive sales ecosystem.
  • Be an expert in TikTok advertising solutions and all matters related to an agency ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Strong presentation, communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Currently based in Indonesia. This position is based in Jakarta and we will not be relocating candidates from other markets.
