Job Summary:

This role involves leading potential products in respective areas by analyzing and monitoring inventory data. You will also research and design strategies for new distribution channels to effectively distribute JTI Indonesia's products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data to recommend methods and procedures in Modern Trade to enhance sales improvement.
  • Design and develop toolboxes for area teams as program guidelines depending on each area's characteristics to boost sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Accounts Managers to conduct financial reviews and ensure that budgeted top-line and profit targets are achieved.
  • Plan, monitor, and implement NKA and LKA initiatives and trading term strategies to maximize account performance.
  • Handle trade relationships, implementing Joint Business Plans through pre-defined cycle plans, and monitor KPI achievement.
  • Provide quarterly reports to ensure key accounts have sufficient stock levels per SKU in every branch.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in sales, trade channel management, distribution, and/or field trade marketing.
  • Functional Skills: Product Knowledge, Account Management, Promotion Effectiveness, Company and Business Knowledge, Financial Acumen, Effective Negotiation, Analyzing Data, Third-Party Distributor Management.
