Main Goals:
- Develop and execute strategies for new product distribution channels.
- Lead potential products in respective areas, analyzing and monitoring inventory data.
- Collaborate with Accounts Managers to ensure alignment with budgeted targets.
- Plan, monitor, and implement NKA and LKA initiatives and trading term strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or equivalent.
- 2-3 years relevant experience in sales, trade channel management, distribution, and/or field trade marketing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
