Role Summary:

The Account Growth Professional at PT. GIBBS SUPPLY CHAIN will be responsible for driving business growth through sales and partnerships, maintaining strong relationships with key partners, and ensuring effective project execution.

You will work closely with internal teams to achieve set targets, monitor and report on sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.

This role requires a high level of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies.
  2. Maintain open communication channels with B2B partners.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams.
  4. Prepare regular sales reports.
Requirements:
  1. Target-oriented individual with a proven track record of success.
  2. Bachelor's degree in any major.
  3. At least 2 years of experience in the Automotive industry is highly desirable.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Knowledge of CRM software.
