Identifying needs, designing, and delivering people development initiatives, programs, and learning materials to increase team performance
- Leading the strategy, implementation, and evaluation of manpower planning, budgeting, and sourcing that aligns with business objectives
- Designing and developing performance assessment, from recruitment, probation, to promotion, as well as monitoring the assessment process
- Leading, overseeing and mentoring People & Culture to ensure collective and individual targets are well on track
- Developing coaching and buddy programs
- Develop and analyze planning for employee & employer branding
- To design and execute the leadership development systems and processes, that give an effective and impactful learning journey for every employee in their role and position
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology / Human Resources Management / Business / Management / Finance or related field
- Minimum 5 years proven experience as People and Organization Development experience
- Strong coaching skills. Having experience as Career Coach is preferable
- Love engaging with people, excellent interpersonal skill with people at all levels, internally and externally
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills, in both Bahasa and English
- Deep understanding of HR business process and attention to details
- Previous experience in working in a start up / health/ tech company
