TREVO aims to change not just the way people in South East Asia move around, but also to help, assist, educate, and change the way people live in the perspectives of financial management by strengthening the sharing economy in the car-sharing space.

We are currently the biggest player in Malaysia and available in Jakarta, Bandung, and Bali. We aim to scale out our product offering across more verticals and geographies.

What will you be engaged in?

As our People Acquisition & Development, you will have the opportunity to become the bridge between strategy and execution. You will handle the end-to-end hiring process, onboarding journey, and develop learning program for TREVIANS. You will also handle business partnering with two departments and come up with sustainable initiatives to build a learning culture in TREVO.

Talent Acquisition
- Create and manage employer branding activities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (i.e. GM, Managers, and Hiring Managers) to contribute to manpower planning and take appropriate courses of action for talent
- acquisition and management.
- Continuously improve the hiring process and optimize the collaboration between Talent Acquisition and the business.
- Contribute to company-wide coaching and knowledge-sharing sessions with Management and Hiring Managers to ensure a streamlined understanding of the hiring funnel and assessment methodologies.

Onboarding
- Develop and manage creative approaches to improve the overall onboarding experience.
- Ensure that new employees have a smooth transition into their position at TREVO.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of new hire onboarding.

Learning & Development
- Develop a learning framework and structure in TREVO.
- Develop and manage a prioritized learning program that covers soft and technical skills, both for Managers and Non Managers.
- Assess the impact of the learning program.

Business Partnering
- Create a smooth communication channel with each department to ensure they are provided with the support needed to excel as a team, including hiring, team learning, engagement, and performance management.
- Provide advice and service on organization and people management based on the needs of the department you manage.
- Provide P&T policies guidance and interpretation to each department.

- Experience in setting up dashboard and frameworks on how to measure the various aspects of hiring performance management.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Describe yourself as a solution-based thinker and able to work independently on new challenges and opportunities.
- Aptitude for data-driven decision-making.
- Typically have 3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Preferably have 1 year experience in employer branding, or onboarding program, or learning & development program.
- Understanding of employment/labor laws.
