Report directly to CHRO, and lead team of 2 people
- This role will responsible to redesign and implement programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage an organization’s talent pool.
- Responsibility of organizational analysis
- Responsibility of Talent mapping process
- Conduct promotion assessment
- Evaluates and provides reports regarding the effectiveness of the organization’s talent strategies.
- Plans, develops, implements and administers development and training programs for company employees
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive HR experience in organizational development, Talent Management & People Development areas, with minimum 5 years experiences in managed a team
- Experience operating with senior/executive management teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skills. Strong ability to analyze, and understand data.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
- Strong business acumen
- Strong process and project management skills.
- Experience working in a matrixed HR environment
- Healthcare and / or hospitality background (minimum 2 years) is preferred
