Keep up to date with external trends and best practices in the areas of expertise and HR more broadly.
Build frameworks to plan and manage the continuous process of change including dependencies, risk, potential scenarios and options to mitigate.
Write and execute Strategic People Plans for relevant business areas with Senior Leaders.
To liaise with all levels within the business area from VP, Director and Manager level.
Work with the leadership team to set cascaded business objectives and ensure leadership capability is optimum and development plans are in place for leadership teams.
Partner with senior managers to drive the full scope of the talent agenda -including succession planning
Drives activities to improve the Company's Employee Value Proposition (EVP), employee experience and employee engagement across the business stream.
Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies and understand the landscape for further improvement.
Participate in relevant projects, leading and championing as appropriate (divisional and/or company-wide) the company north star as The best place to work.
Provide expert input across a range of HR issues (generalist / specific expertise)
Leading and managing to restructure and redundancies.
The program manages complex change and transformation projects within business streams (e.g. M&A, disposals, re-organizations), coordinating the activities of other People Team resources as required.
Contribute to the organizational transitions using best practice change management methodologies and support leaders to deliver team organizational development and capability needs
Min. Bachelor degree (S1) from any major, preferably from Psychology, Human Resource Management or Law major
1-3 years experience in recruiting, employee services, compensation/benefits, and/or organizational development
Effective interpersonal, listening and communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to solve moderate to complex problems; resourceful and take the initiative to seek internal and external resources when solving problems
Strong knowledge of the human resource ecosystem
Ability to demonstrate discretion and good judgment when working with sensitive and confidential material
A team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
