Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  1. Business delivery of turnover and market share as agreed.
  2. Align profitability of the Offline sales channel and drive excellence in execution to enhance customer experience.
  3. Drive efficiency and effectiveness for all media and promotional campaigns.
  4. Build a strong Offline sales team and upskill all key stakeholders regarding the new channel and its drivers.
  5. Manage simultaneous projects and meet deadlines while being business results oriented.
  6. Develop and execute sales plans and regular seasonal promotions.
  7. Devise business strategy for offline channel, monitoring sales and leveraging both B2B and B2C channels.
  8. Annual sales planning and monitoring with partners, including relationship management with agencies and partners.
  9. Product management including instore assets compliance, retail audit, marketing assets, and product sequencing.
  10. Manage retail and distribution channel healthiness based on consumer insights.
  11. Understand terms of trade and participate in resolving legal and commercial issues.
  12. Develop exclusive product portfolio along with product and design teams based on customer insights.
  13. Drive customer experience by collaborating with technology, commercial, and financial teams.
  14. Responsible for catalogue management and ensuring accurate product information across all platforms.
