About Our Client

Our client is one of the biggest FMCG company with food & beverage products, who are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Modern Trade to shape and execute their modern trade strategy, delivering impactful business results in a competitive market.

Job Description

  • Direct and oversee the Customer Key Account Team to meet both revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Create and implement modern trade strategies to enhance brand visibility and stimulate sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional service quality.
  • Assess market trends and sales data to uncover opportunities and enhance sales performance.
  • Inspire, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential.
  • Collaborate across departments to drive brand initiatives and support innovation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in any field with MBA will be an advantages
  • 10+ years of experience in Modern Trade sales, well rounded experience in handling minimarket, hyper super, and MTI accounts
  • Minimum 3 years of total experience as National Key Account Manager/Head of Modern Trade
  • Food & Beverage background will be highly preferred
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to solve complex challenges creatively and innovatively
  • Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop people
