Head of Enterprise Sales (Hospitality & Media)
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the Hospitality & Media sector
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Hospitality & Media industry
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions to meet their business objectives
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, including forecasting and reporting
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development for team members
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities and expand the client base
  • Oversee the treasury services budget, sales goals, and profit & loss (P&L)
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance using metrics such as conversion rates, deal size, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any major
  • Minimum 5 years work experience as Head of Sales in B2B segment or related field
  • Experience handling Hospitality & Media accounts
  • Effective management skills and rational thinking skills
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Willing to work in Centennial Tower, Jakarta
