We are now searching for a Head of Sales, a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Sales department to the next level and capture additional market share.

The Head of Sales is responsible for overseeing all sales activities of the company in Indonesia and leading the sales team. The Head of Sales is accountable for growing the business by acquiring new accounts while retaining and growing the business from current clients to meet or exceed the sales targets.

The role is Indonesia focused with potential to expand beyond. The Head of Sales reports directly to the Managing Director.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plan in order to exceed sales targets.
  2. Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our prospection program.
  3. Supervise the team's qualification process and proposal drafting.
  4. Negotiate deals and convert leads into firm agreements.
  5. Elaborate an annual program with quarterly objectives and targets.
  6. Frequently review compliance against Standard Operating Procedures.
  7. Supervise account management and cross-selling activities.
  8. Ensure regular training and development of all members of the sales department.
  9. Work closely with the Marketing Department.
  10. Monitor CRM tool usage and data to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
Job Requirements:
  1. Deep knowledge of sales of B2B services and solid track record of experience in active selling.
  2. Experience of 4 to 6 years as Sales Manager leading a sales team.
  3. Total experience in sales of 6-8 years.
  4. Knowledge and experience in selling Services.
  5. "Hunter" sales mentality and instincts.
  6. Bachelor degree qualified.
  7. Dynamic team leader.
  8. Well-honed organizational skills with a 'can-do' problem-solving approach.
  9. Experience as either Head of Sales, Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, or equivalent roles.
  10. Formal knowledge and training in sales methodologies and selling techniques.
  11. Able to work across cultures.
  12. Asia regional experience is a definite plus.
  13. Experience in using and exploiting a CRM system.
  14. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  15. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
