  • Proven Leadership Skills: 5+ years of leadership experience in managing sales teams.

  • Deep Understanding of EV Market: Deep understanding of EV infrastructure, market dynamics, and government regulations.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and internal departments.
