Head of Business Growth and Partnerships

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our sales efforts in the EV charging sector. As Head of Franchise Customer Partnership Development, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our EV charging station market penetration.
About You
- Strong Sales Background: 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in EV, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven Leadership Skills: 5+ years of leadership experience in managing sales teams.
- Negotiation and Planning Expertise: Strong skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship management.
- Deep Understanding of EV Market: Deep understanding of EV infrastructure, market dynamics, and government regulations.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and internal departments.
