Head of Franchise Customer Partnership Development

V-Green Indonesia is looking for an experienced Head of Franchise Customer Partnership Development to join our team If you have a strong background in sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships, this is a great opportunity to drive growth and innovation in the EV charging sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand EV charging station market penetration.
- Identify and secure partnerships with corporations, government agencies, and fleet operators.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and drive high performance.
- Build strategic alliances to expand market reach and ensure competitive pricing.
- Manage key client relationships, addressing needs and resolving challenges.
- Provide sales performance insights and optimize strategies based on market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams for seamless execution.
- Represent the company at industry events and stay updated on policies and trends.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in EV, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in managing sales teams.
- Strong skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship management.
- Deep understanding of EV infrastructure, market dynamics, and government regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Willingness to travel for business development.
