Account Management Role:
The ideal candidate for this Customer Partnership Executive position should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to manage relationships with e-commerce platforms and B2B customers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery and receipt of products, developing strong relationships with customers, and driving business growth through effective management of customer accounts.

Main Tasks:
- Verify product information to ensure accurate delivery and receipt by customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through prompt responses, insightful solutions, and problem-solving skills
- Analyze and improve business performance through regular review and evaluation of business reports
- Process claims and gather necessary documents for claim reimbursement
- Negotiate with customers to build long-term partnerships and meet business objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Key Account Executive/Sales E-commerce/E-commerce Specialist or equivalent roles
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms and B2B customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to relocate to Jakarta (Head Office)
