Head of Franchise Customer Partnership Development

V-Green Global Charging Station Development Joint Stock Company is seeking an experienced leader to drive growth and innovation in the EV charging sector. As Head of Franchise Customer Partnership Development, you will be responsible for expanding our EV charging station market penetration through effective sales strategies.

About the Role

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales plans to increase EV charging station market share.
  • Partnership Building: Identify and secure strategic partnerships with corporations, government agencies, and fleet operators.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and drive high performance.
  • Market Expansion: Build alliances to expand market reach and ensure competitive pricing.
  • Client Relationships: Manage key client relationships, addressing needs and resolving challenges.
  • Performance Insights: Provide sales performance insights and optimize strategies based on market trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams for seamless execution.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events and stay updated on policies and trends.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in EV, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Team Management: 5+ years of leadership experience in managing sales teams.
  • Negotiation and Planning Skills: Strong skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship management.
  • EV Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of EV infrastructure, market dynamics, and government regulations.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel for business development.
