About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Realma Vestama Nusantara as a Business Partnership & Event Officer. In this contract role based in South Jakarta, you will play a key part in developing new business partnerships and managing events to drive growth for the company. With a focus on new business development within the sales function, this is a strategic position that will have a direct impact on the overall success of the organization.
What you'll be doing
- Identifying and securing new business partnerships to expand the company's reach and client base
- Negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial arrangements
- Planning and executing engaging events to promote the company and its offerings to potential partners and clients
- Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners to maximize the value of these collaborations
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify new partnership opportunities
- Supporting the development and implementation of the company's sales and marketing strategies
- Reporting on partnership and event performance to key stakeholders
- Executing outbound sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation, to build a robust sales pipeline
- Serving as the main point of contact for existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identifying and qualifying potential partners for Realma Vestama Nusantara products to target the B2B market
- Establishing, building, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential partners, acting as the primary point of contact
- Managing event schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure seamless execution
- Coordinating with all teams and exhibitors to facilitate smooth event participation
- Assisting in marketing and promotional activities to enhance event visibility
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Information and Technology, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in new business development, partnership management, or a similar sales-focused role
- Proven track record of successfully securing new business partnerships and managing events
- Proficient in interpersonal communication, negotiation, persuasive public speaking, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Passion for delivering exceptional results and driving business growth
- Strong understanding of sales processes, client/partner needs analysis, and lead generation strategies
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Strong interpersonal skills to work across different teams, including product, sales, and technical support, to deliver a seamless client experience across motivated individuals with a proactive approach to pursuing and achieving sales targets
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple partners, and meet deadlines
