About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales / Account Executive to join our team at Alamii Food. In this role, you will play a key part in growing sales through both online and offline distribution channels. You will work closely with the founders to identify, establish partnerships, and build trust with our distribution partners.

The ideal candidate would have experience in B2B Sales, excellent sales skills, strong business sense, analytical skills, and the ability to build trust with partners. Additionally, you should be able to hustle, have a can-do attitude, and be a good team player. We are an early-stage start-up, so we are looking for someone who is flexible to help out as new needs arise.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Presentation, promotion, and sales of products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Looking for prospective account stores
  • Providing reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services to Management & Manager
  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
  • Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Processing complaints (exchange, returns) from partners
  • Organizing and managing online & offline promotional events
  • Analyzing sell-in and sell-out data to identify growth opportunities
  • Conducting price checks and competitor benchmarks
  • Working closely with the operations team to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to align distribution channels and marketing activities to achieve sales targets
