Sales Growth Manager

As a Sales Growth Manager at PT BIFARMA ADILUHUNG, you will play a key role in driving sales growth within assigned accounts and achieving sales targets. This requires building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key customers (clinic/hospital) through understanding their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
You will develop and propose tailored solutions that meet the account's specific needs, gathering market intelligence and identifying new business opportunities. Your proven track record of success in sales & marketing, preferably in a health/science environment, will serve as a valuable asset to our team.
The ideal candidate will have a min. bachelor of science-related majors, strong communication skills, customer focus attitude, and a strong desire to achieve sales goals. Proven experience in product presentation, account management, and territory management is also essential for this role.
