About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Enterprise Sales and Growth to join our team at Talent Insider. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our regional presence, and developing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional/national targets, focusing on revenue growth, market share, and profitability.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop solutions, and implement sales plans.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to drive business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
