In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing commercial strategies that drive business growth, while leading sales and business development teams to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to grow existing business and identify new opportunities.
  2. Lead sales and business development teams to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  3. Monitor commercial activities and prepare regular reports for senior management and shareholders.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial, focusing on productive loans, with strong technical and communication skills. They will also possess good interpersonal skills, able to engage with shareholders and C-level executives.
