Job Description

The Head of Sales and Retention for Indonesia will be responsible for leading and managing the sales and account management operations across the country. This role requires developing and executing strategic sales and retention plans to achieve revenue targets, drive market growth, and enhance customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and retention, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive high performance and professional growth within the sales team.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales and retention strategies aligned with group expectations, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  2. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and account management teams, providing guidance and support to drive high performance and professional growth.
  3. Account Management Oversight: Manage the Account Management department, ensuring effective service delivery and customer relationship management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales & retention management, preferably in B2B sales and/or selling software solutions.
  • Expertise in sales & retention methodologies and best practices, particularly in consultative selling.
  • A track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams with a focus on culture, engagement, coaching, and mentorship.
