About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Revenue Generation to lead our Business Development team in identifying growth opportunities, maximizing revenue, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing a comprehensive growth strategy.
  • Evaluating market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
  • Formulating plans to expand into new markets and strengthen existing ones.
  • Negotiating strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Evaluating potential partnerships and agreements.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales performance and forecasting.
  • Leading revenue targets and implementing sales growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • At least 10 years experience in Sales or Business Development, with 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in business development or sales management.
  • Regular travel for meetings and management duties.
