The Head of Claim and Placement will lead, direct, and coordinate the General Insurance Placement team and After Sale team. This role involves negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing with General Insurance companies on behalf of clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Placement team to obtain insurance quotations for clients from General Insurance companies within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Negotiating and appealing rejected claims with insurance companies.
