Our online and offline commerce platform, Beautyhaul, serves as the core for carrying multiple brands directly to customers. We are continually incubating new business models and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty industry within the South Asia region.

Job Title: Strategic Trade Marketing Professional

This role involves planning and executing trade marketing strategies to support sales teams, developing and implementing in-store activation plans aligned with overall brand strategy, and increasing brand visibility through product launches. The successful candidate will stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for in-store marketing and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Create engaging in-store experiences that align with the brand's overall vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and increase brand awareness.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and community stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in marketing, brand activation, event management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, develop creative solutions, and achieve team goals.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is around IDR 250-350 million, depending on qualifications and experience.
