Key Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis:

  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
    • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
    • Implement efficient sales tools and technologies to streamline processes.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agents, corporate clients, and industry partners.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
