Gaji : 10 - 15 Juta

**Kualifikasi**
- Pengalaman kerja 3-5 tahun di bidang penjualan, sales, business development manager
- Memiliki pengalaman dibidang property & property investment
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang kuat dan dapat mendorong klien untuk mengambil keputusan dengan cepat.
- Tegas, terutama dalam mengambil keputusan berbasis laporan dan data.
- Mampu bekerja secara strategis, memimpin tim, serta turun langsung dalam pelaksanaan aktivitas penjualan.
- Dapat bergabung segera

**Tugas & Tanggung Jawab**
- Membuat, mengeksekusi, dan memonitor rencana penjualan (sales plan) baik secara online maupun offline sesuai target perusahaan.
- Mencapai omzet penjualan sesuai target perusahaan.
- Bertanggung jawab atas seluruh aktivitas program sales, termasuk budgeting tim sales.
- Memimpin, memotivasi, melatih, dan mengembangkan tim sales.
- Menyusun rencana kerja secara berkala:

- **Daily**: Monitoring target harian, mengevaluasi aktivitas sales, dan memberikan arahan langsung.
- **Weekly**: Mengadakan rapat evaluasi mingguan dan menyusun strategi mingguan.
- **Monthly**: Menyusun laporan bulanan, mengevaluasi kinerja, dan menentukan target bulan berikutnya.
- **Long-term (3 bulan - 1 tahun)**: Merencanakan strategi penjualan dan pemasaran jangka panjang, termasuk proyeksi target dan anggaran.
- Melakukan pengawasan terhadap tim, termasuk memantau hasil kerja dan laporan secara rutin (harian, mingguan, dan bulanan).
- Melakukan riset pasar untuk memahami perkembangan tren dan membuat strategi yang efektif sesuai kondisi pasar.
- Merencanakan dan mengelola strategi pemasaran perusahaan yang efektif dan efisien untuk mempromosikan penjualan properti.
- Bertanggung jawab atas eksekusi langsung terhadap klien jika diperlukan untuk meyakinkan konsumen.
- Menyusun, menganalisis, dan mengevaluasi program kerja tim sales secara berkala.
- Mengatur dan memimpin aktivitas pemasaran offline, seperti open table dan pameran.
