**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing both the Modern and General Trade market
- **Client Outreach**: Assist in reaching out to veterinary professionals to introduce the company's products, setting up meetings, and following up on leads.
- **Sales Support**:Provide support to the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials tailored to the veterinary market. Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in veterinary space.
- **Marketing Initiatives**:Collaborate with the marketing team to create content and campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness within the veterinary community. Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans to increase market share and revenue.
- **Product Education**: Help educate veterinary professionals on the benefits of the company's products, focusing on the importance of sustainability and eco-friendly practices in pet aftercare. Provide product demonstrations, technical support, demo's and training to clients.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on potential veterinary clients, including vet centers, animal hospitals, and pet medicine providers.
- **Develop sales strategies**:Studying business strategies and marketing plans, revenue goals, determining pricing, and responding to company's needs.
- **Event Coordination**:Assist in organizing and participating in veterinary/animal trade shows, conferences, and webinars to showcase the company's products.
- **Lead a team**: Opportunity to lead a team of junior sales professionals, motivate them to meet sales targets and ensure individual growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Health, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in the Veterinary medicine, Animal health or Animal related industry.
- Available for an inperson interview in Bandung, it's not an online interview.
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%) to meet clients, attend conferences, and represent the company at industry events.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian Bahasa.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Ecommerce & CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license.

**Compensation**:Base salary + Commision

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bandung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales & Marketing: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
