The Head of Sales and Marketing will lead GT’s sales and marketing strategies across its product line, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and improving store performance. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and proven success in achieving sales targets and building brand visibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue goals. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, monitoring key sales metrics.
- Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and market reach.
- Store Management: Monitor store performance, optimize retail presence, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a collaborative, results-driven sales and marketing team.
- Market Growth: Identify opportunities for business expansion through market analysis and new partnerships.
- Strategic Planning: Set KPIs, forecast budgets, and align sales and marketing plans with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams and represent GT at key events to strengthen partnerships.
- Data Analysis: Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and adjust strategies for ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership, with a proven track record in driving revenue, market share growth, and retail performance
- Experienced in General Trade
- Experience in retail/store management, market expansion,

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.
- Expertise in sales forecasting, target setting, and CRM tools.
- Experience in brand positioning, market research, and marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in data analysis and decision-making.
