Ad Sales and Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking an Ad Sales and Partnerships Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with DSPs, agencies, and brands across the APAC region.
You will play a key role in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our performance and omnichannel solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute ad sales and partnership strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and improve existing client relationships
- Engage in introduction calls and prospective meetings with potential clients
- Sign agreements and participate in the onboarding of new clients
- Collaborate closely with the Demand Account Management team and provide valuable feedback to the Supply and Product teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in closing new business in adtech
- Self-motivated, high-performing individual with the ability to learn and become productive quickly
- Team player mentality with collaboration, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written
- Relationship-building skills that can develop credibility with executives and demonstrable business acumen
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Full business proficiency in English
