Fintech Partnership Development Specialist

As a key member of our Strategic Partnership Function, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our Embedded Banking Product, collaborating closely with our team to drive business growth and expand our partner ecosystem.
With a strong track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships, you will lead the sales cycle from identification to go live, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of our Embedded Banking Product. Your expertise in partnership management and business development will be instrumental in building lasting relationships with key stakeholders across various industries.
Your Key Objectives:
You will be responsible for achieving the following key objectives:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities: You will proactively identify potential partners, engaging with them to discuss the value proposition of our Embedded Banking Product.
- Build and maintain partner relationships: You will foster strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective partners, navigating complex negotiations and collaborations to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Develop strategic partnerships: You will leverage your expertise in partnership management to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, aligning our Embedded Banking Product with the evolving needs of our partners.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in SaaS or banking service companies.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth through strategic partnerships, including managing negotiations, closing deals, and driving revenue through partner channels.
- Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, or third-party service providers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in partnership management or business development in the banking, fintech, or embedded finance sectors.
