Job Profile

We are looking for an outstanding City Manager to head our field sales operations, driving success in meeting monthly targets and achieving daily objectives for lead generation and demo appointments. This role demands strategic thinking, effective leadership, and strong interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to reach individual and team objectives.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee and direct the field sales team to meet their daily and monthly targets.

Required Competencies and Education

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • Academic Background: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working in a Software as a Service company (POS, PPOB, HRIS, etc.) is preferred.
  • Professional Background: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in field sales.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong business sense and ability to create sales strategies.
  • Leadership Background: At least 1 year of experience leading a team.
