Regional Sales Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Head of Business Development and Sales to join our team.
- As a key member of our commercial development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing corporate sales strategies aligned with our revenue goals and market positioning.

As the Head of Business Development and Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing corporate sales strategies aligned with our revenue goals and market positioning;
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities;
- Leading the annual sales budgeting, forecasting, and planning process;
- Collaborating with our Distribution, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies;
- Overseeing the recruitment, development, and performance of the sales team across regions and properties;
- Monitoring sales performance metrics and ensuring revenue growth.
To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
