Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Executive to join our team at JAC Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales teams across Indonesia, ensuring that they meet or exceed their targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct sales, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in sales leadership roles. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Monitoring and evaluating sales performance to ensure that targets are met;

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth;

  • Leading and managing sales teams to achieve outstanding results;

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders;

  • Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within the sales function.
