Job Summary
Electronic City is seeking a highly skilled General Manager of OEM Operations to lead the sales and marketing efforts of our OEM division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating quarterly and annual sales forecasts, achieving growth, and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
• Create quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures a strong presence
• Understand and stay updated about local, state, and federal legislation
• Build relationships with business partners

Requirements
• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
• Proficient in Mandarin (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
• Successful previous experience as a sales manager for a minimum of 3 years
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
• Preferred experience in handling OEM products
