Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled People Development Head to join our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving talent development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

This role requires a deep understanding of organizational development, talent management, and learning and development principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive talent development strategy to drive business growth.
  2. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, focusing on areas such as leadership development and performance improvement.
  3. Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee competencies and develop targeted solutions.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of talent development initiatives with business goals.
