  • Deep expertise in specific industries, sectors, or functional areas relevant to our focus (e.g., strategy, operations, technology, finance)
  • Proven experience in leading transformation initiatives within a consultancy, strategy, and change department
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent track records in acquiring new clients
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in business development and financial management
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of change management principles and practices
  • Advanced degree preferred but not always required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • High-level understanding of consulting methodologies and best practices
