We are looking for a seasoned Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Wirehire. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth within assigned industry territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive revenue and market share for IT Solutions.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned accounts territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within banking and finance institutions.
  • Present and demonstrate IT Solutions to potential clients, addressing their specific needs around security, compliance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on long-term contracts and recurring revenue streams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or similar.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with a strong preference for experience selling complex solutions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the banking and finance industry's unique IT Solutions requirements and challenges.
