Key Account Executive (Sales Non MT & Online Reseller)

Alamii Food is an FMCG startup that produces modern kids' snacks that are healthy and delicious.

At Alamii Food, we are driven by the mission to nurture healthy snacking habits in children that will last until adulthood. We are paving the way for modern snacks that kids will love, creating a happier, healthier generation for the world.

As a Sales / Account Executive for a newly launched product, your objective is to grow sales through both online and offline distribution channels. You will work closely with the founders to identify, establish partnerships, and build trust with our distribution partners. An ideal candidate would be someone who has experience in B2B Sales, possesses excellent sales skills, strong business sense, analytical skills, is target-oriented, and excels at building trust with partners.

As we are an early-stage start-up, we are looking for someone who can hustle, has a can-do attitude, is a good team player, and is flexible to help out as new needs arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Check for stock at all account stores
  • Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Look for prospective account stores
  • Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services to Management & Manager
  • Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Process complaints (exchange, returns) from partners
  • Organize and manage online & offline promotional events
  • Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to identify growth opportunities
  • Conduct price checks and competitor benchmarks
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align distribution channels and marketing activities to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Min. 1-3 years in B2B Sales for baby shops, especially in the Jabodetabek area
  • Maximal 35 years old
  • Professional, trustworthy, and able to build trust with partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated to achieve targets
  • Strong business sense, sales, and negotiation skills
  • Great time management skills: able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
  • Interest in the Food Industry or similar products
  • Office located in Kedoya, Jakarta Barat
  • Ideally have own transportation to conduct routine sales visits
